Kayaking 2009

Today my girlfriend, parents, and I started our 2009 Kaying season at Lake Natoma. It was a great day. We paddled from Negro bar to Folsom prison.

Patio Cover

Today I went into my back yard and noticed that one of the leg posts for my patio cover had split in half due to the board being waterlogged from the rains. I replaced the 2x4 with a new pressure treated 4x4 and all is fixed and safe.

Bagpipes

Last weekend I went with a few friends to the annual Scottish Games in Woodland. We had a great time. Bagpipes, Caber Tossing, Frisbee Dogs, Box and a Rope, and Elk Burgers are just a few of the things we experienced. Here are a couple of videos from the day.
